The course will cover a broad range of topics. We will begin with an introduction to biomolecular simulations and then take a closer look at the concept of ensemble sampling. The topics will include efficient algorithms, coarse-grained modeling, free-energy calculations, and AI-based methods.
The course will be taught partly using PowerPoint slides and partly at the blackboard. Oral examinations will take place during the week following the course. Students who have engaged seriously with the material should be well prepared to pass.
