This is an integrated skills course. To graduate from this course, students should demonstrate sufficient abilities in listening, reading, writing, and speaking. The course trains students communication skills such as, for example, giving talks, explaining ideas, arguing a position, and summarizing and analyzing information from different sources. The course introduces students to several topics: management styles, team building, financing, cross-cultural communication, and customer service, among others.
